The Stocky alternative built by a Shopify operator.
Stocky shuts down on August 31, 2026. Tens of thousands of Shopify brands need to migrate. Stocketto is the operator-built replacement — box-level scanning, FIFO/LIFO/weighted-average COGS, reorder math at 95% service level, role-based permissions, and a CSV importer that reads Stocky's export shape natively. Migrate in under an hour. 50% off year one for every Stocky refugee.
What Stocky did, what Stocketto does better.
Four steps. About an hour. We’ve done this one before.
Export from Stocky
In Stocky, export Products, Suppliers, and Purchase Orders to CSV. Each is a one-button action in Stocky's settings.
Drop the CSVs into Stocketto
Go to Import in Stocketto. The wizard auto-maps Stocky's column headers — no manual mapping for the standard export.
Preview every row before commit
Dry-run shows you what'll be created, what'll be skipped, and what'll be merged with existing SKUs. Nothing writes until you click Commit.
Connect Shopify (one click)
Click Connect Shopify, approve Stocketto on your shop, you're synced. Order import resumes where Stocky left off.
The three things Stocky never figured out.
Bundles that actually deplete components
Stocky's bundle support breaks down the moment you sell a multi-pack and one variant. Stocketto's ledger tracks every component depletion in real time — sells one travel kit, depletes three SKUs.
Cost layers your accountant can use
FIFO is table stakes. We also do LIFO, weighted average, and direct QuickBooks journal-entry export. Your bookkeeper sees the numbers they actually need — no 3-hour cleanup at close.
Roles that don't leak money
Fulfillment can open boxes, print labels, and flag damage — without ever seeing a cost. Accountant runs reports without touching inventory. Five roles, 25 permissions, real audit trail.
The questions every
Stocky operator asks.
When does Stocky actually shut down?
Shopify announced Stocky end-of-life for August 31, 2026. After that date, Stocky stops syncing — your inventory drifts immediately because Shopify orders no longer reduce stock. You need to be off Stocky before then.
How much will the migration take?
Most operators finish in under an hour. The Stocky CSV exports are well-structured; our importer recognizes them automatically. The bottleneck is usually verifying cost layers, not data entry.
Will I lose my Stocky history?
No. Stocky export includes purchase history and cost layers, which Stocketto imports as historical cost data. Your FIFO calculations stay continuous — no fresh-start gap in the books.
Does Stocketto handle multi-pack and bundle SKUs?
Yes. Sells one Travel Kit, depletes three components. Stocky's bundle support is partial; ours is full. This was actually the #1 reason we built Stocketto.
Can I keep using my barcode scanner?
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types as a keyboard works. We also print scannable box labels at PO receipt, so you scan boxes open instead of individual units.
What's the Stocky migration discount?
50% off year 1 on any plan, applied automatically at checkout when you sign up before September 30, 2026. No code needed — we detect Stocky imports during onboarding.
